Hi everyone!
I will keep this as short and sweet as I can for you! I'm writing to inform you of my cancellation policy. I want to make sure that my days run smoothly and that you can avoid paying any unnecessary fees!
-48 hours for color and treatment services
-24 hours for haircuts
-If you are later that 15 minutes to your appointment I may have to reschedule your service and a fee will incur.
First color/treatment cancellation without proper notice = Loss of deposit.
First haircut cancellation without proper notice = 50% of service
Second color/treatment cancellation = 50% of service
Second and all haircut cancellations moving forward = 100% service fee
Third and all color/treatment cancellations moving forward = 100% service fee
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so through my website.
If you need to let me know you are running late, please text or leave a voicemail on my work phone (816-363-9441).
